Since 6 October 2017 our group of companies, Marsh & McLennan have held approved Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs). BCRs are approved privacy standards agreed by a corporate group. When making transfers of personal data to group companies outside of the UK and European Economic Area, we usually rely on our BCRs.
